Interiors

For many years we have been providing our services to private aircraft owners, local airports, and airlines such as Cape Air and Island Air. We specialize in the refurbishment of executive and commercial aircraft interiors. Our full-interior services include a headliner, seats, side panels, seat frames, curtains, windlace, and painting of the window trims. We provide burn test certification for every material used in your aircraft according to FAR safety requirements and use only FAR-compliant materials.
There is a designated space for small aircraft near our shop at Barnstable Municipal Airport, where you can conveniently leave your plane and pick it up when it is ready. A properly designed and manufactured interior is important for aircraft safety. We will be happy to design, manufacture, and install a high-quality, comfortable, and stylish interior for your plane so that pilots and passengers enjoy every flight!”

Headliners:

At our shop, we can remove your old headliner and install a newly manufactured headliner. Your new headliner may be made with a material of your choice like vinyl, faux suede, or ultra-leather. We will help you choose the color that would perfectly match the rest of your aircraft interior.

Sidewalls:

Is the material on your sidewalls torn or shabby? Are the sidewall panels cracked? We can repair and cover your sidewall panels with new foam and a material of your choice, such as vinyl, fabric, or ultra-leather. You may even choose to use a combination of materials to refresh the design of your aircraft interior. We can also cover the sidewalls with additional layers of special soundproof materials to reduce the noise inside your aircraft during the flight.

Seats & Armrests:

With time passenger and pilot seats lose their color, shape, and density which significantly affects the comfort of the passengers and pilots during the flight. At our shop, we will remove your old seat covers and inspect your seat frame, springs, and suspension material to verify their good condition and reinforce damaged seat parts if necessary. We can also re-foam your seats using multi-density foam to make your seat comfortable for you and your passengers. Your new seat covers may be made with any approved material like vinyl, fabric, natural leather, or sheepskin. We can repaint or simply mask-prime your seat base or frame for it to match your new seat cover. All the armrests also may be refoamed and covered with a material of your choice matching the design of the rest of the aircraft interior.

Glare Shield:

It is very important for your aircraft to have a properly covered glare shield, which may crack with time or otherwise lose its sunlight-absorbing qualities. We can recover your glare shield with special four-way-stretch Ultraleather that will serve you for many years!

Windlace:

Damaged windlace cords may cause rainwater leaks inside the aircraft, drafts and increased noise during flight. At our shop, we can install new windlace cords which may be covered with vinyl or leather in a color that matches the rest of the aircraft interior.
